PRELIMINARY DESIGN (SITE PLAN CHECK)
Hospitality (Phase # 1) plus 4,000 Sq ft of combined restaurant and meeting room:
153 room hotel (87,000 Sq ft – 5 stories with 8,000 Sq ft of observation deck) with 19,000 sq ft of ground floor will be built in the second phase of the project. 1st floor will include an attached 4,000 Sq ft of restaurant (not a part of the hotel). The hotel feasibility was done in February of 2022 and there is a flag change from Tru by Hilton to Cambria Hotel. This phase is a part of the first phase of the project on 2.8 Acres with full visibility of Cape Canaveral, NASA, Space X, Boeing, and Blue Origin. This phase will have up to five thousand (5,000 Sq ft) of observation deck with full bar and restaurant.
Prototype per the following:
Five (5) story hotel with 5,000 Sq ft observation deck with a full bar and limited food items on the top floor.
On the 1st floor with an area of 17,646 Sq ft, there are two king rooms.
2nd through 5th floor with 16,749 Sq ft has 20 double queen, 16 king, 1 ADA King, and 1 ADA Queen.

66 King covering 18,216 Sq ft
4 ADA King covering 1,704 Sq ft
4 ADA Queen covering 1,704 Sq ft
1 one bedroom on the 5th floor
